- 44,239 shortlisted for aptitude tests
- 595 employed
What do you need to do to make it beyond the application stage to be one of those successfully employed?
Whenever people tell me "I have sent my CV to many places and I cannot get a job" I ask the following questions:
1. Is Your CV Effective?

Before you start your job hunt, ensure you are well equipped with an effective CV. It's your search weapon for getting that job you are applying for.
Recruiters are looking for skilled individuals and it is important your CV highlights your skills. Always bear in mind that recruiters have to go through thousands of CVs to fill positions and it is important you remove jargon from your CV, make it easy to understand and disclose necessary information only. 2. Are you Applying For The Right Jobs?
When recruiters shortlist candidates for a position, they are simply looking for a candidate (or CV) that matches closely to what they have advertised (the job requirements).

When applying for jobs, ensure that:
- Your work experience is relevant to the job for which you are applying
- You meet the requirements of the job
